RV Journey Genie LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the RV Journey Genie application and website at rvjourneygenie.com (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

- Account information: your name, email address, and (if you opt in) mobile phone number.

- Content you provide: repair questions, photos you upload, and voice recordings you submit for transcription.

- Usage data: messages sent, features used, and basic device/log information.

- Billing data: processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

- To provide RV repair guidance and operate the Service.

- To improve answer quality, including human review by our certified RV technician.

- To send you service-related messages, including SMS support if you opt in.

- To process payments and manage your subscription.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive customer-support text messages from us. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

SERVICE PROVIDERS WE SHARE DATA WITH

We use trusted vendors strictly to operate the Service: Supabase (database & authentication), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI processing of your questions, photos, and voice), and our messaging/CRM provider for email and SMS delivery. These providers process data only to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your account data and conversation history for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

YOUR CHOICES

- Opt out of SMS anytime by replying STOP.

- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us.

- Close your account at any time.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
