Journey Genie provides AI-powered RV maintenance guidance, diagnostic tools, product recommendations, and related services. Services include but are not limited to the Journey Genie AI platform, Journey Genie Shop, and Journey Genie Subscription Boxes.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. By using Journey Genie, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. User Account and Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and update it as necessary.

5. Payment Terms and NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This includes but is not limited to:

Monthly, quarterly, and annual AI subscriptions

Product purchases from Journey Genie Shop

Subscription box services

Live consultation calls

Digital products and educational materials

Services rendered or partially rendered

Payment Processing:

All fees are charged immediately upon purchase

Subscription fees are charged automatically on recurring basis

Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension

You are responsible for all taxes, fees, and charges

Price changes for subscriptions take effect at next billing cycle

No refunds will be provided due to price changes

6. Subscription Services

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel subscriptions at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund current period charges.

Service Access: Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period, then access terminates immediately.

7. AI Service Limitations and Disclaimers

NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE: Journey Genie AI provides informational guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional mechanical diagnosis, repair, or safety inspection.

NO WARRANTIES: We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI recommendations. Use all guidance at your own risk.

SAFETY DISCLAIMER: Always prioritize safety. When in doubt, consult professional RV technicians. Journey Genie is not liable for damages resulting from following AI recommendations.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All Journey Genie content, including AI algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Journey Genie and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
